- Undertake Secretarial duties for the sales unit
- Reading, monitoring and assisting in responding to all incoming sales email,
- Taking dictation and typing letters for sales Manager,
- Assist in planning, organizing and managing sales/marketing events,
- Preparing presentations in MS Power Point for meeting & etc..
- Taking of minutes during meetings
- Prepare reports
- Assist to make follow up calls to customers
- Attend to incoming phone call enquiries
- Must possess Diploma/ Degree in Secretarial or Office management or Business Management
- Must have at least 3 years working experience in related field
- Good Computing skills, including Microsoft Office at a highly proficient level
- Mandatory requirement must have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Mandatory requirement must have good typing skill at least 35 wpm with typing certificate
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good time & work management skills
- Highly organizes and able to work independently
- Versatile & able to adapt to working environment duties & responsibilities.
- Must be able to do multi-tasking
- Good interpersonal skill
- Basic salary RM 2,500 - RM 3,000.
