Job Responsibility

  • Undertake Secretarial duties for the sales unit
  • Reading, monitoring and assisting in responding to all incoming sales email,
  • Taking dictation and typing letters for sales Manager,
  • Assist in planning, organizing and managing sales/marketing events,
  • Preparing presentations in MS Power Point for meeting & etc..
  • Taking of minutes during meetings
  • Prepare reports
  • Assist to make follow up calls to customers
  • Attend to incoming phone call enquiries


Job Requirements

  • Must possess Diploma/ Degree in Secretarial or Office management or Business Management
  • Must have at least 3 years working experience in related field
  • Good Computing skills, including Microsoft Office at a highly proficient level
  • Mandatory requirement must have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Mandatory requirement must have good typing skill at least 35 wpm with typing certificate
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess good time & work management skills

  • Highly organizes and able to work independently 
  • Versatile & able to adapt to working environment duties & responsibilities.
  • Must be able to do multi-tasking
  • Good interpersonal skill
