Job Details


Job Responsibility

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Dealing with email inquiries
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Provide administrative support (front desk and back end support)
  • General office management such as ordering stationery, office equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Managers and Senior Management


Job Requirements

  • Candidate Must Possess At Least Primary/secondary School/spm/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/stpm/"A" Level/pre-u, Diploma/advanced/higher/graduate Diploma In Business Studies/administration/management Or Equivalent.
  • Required Language(S): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At Least 1 Year(S) Of Working Experience In The Related Field Is Required For This Position.
  • Required Skill(S): Microsoft Office
