Job Responsibility

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Monitor documents despatch and received 
  • Recording documents flow and filing
  • Other task assigned by HOD

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree
  • Trengkas Certificated (Unrequired)
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Fast typing (18 w.p.m)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Universiti, Skudai Johor Bahru.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
