Job Details

Job Responsibility

  • Providing support, answer call, reply helpdesk, live chat, facebook, twitter and emails to customer.
  • Generating shipping documents and processing shipments.
  • Arranging pickups, drop off and returns.
  • Working with vendors to provide customer service and follow up for claim/missing/return/damage shipments etc.
  • Monitoring shipments activities and manifested report.
  • Must be able to workalone and dedicated.
  • Must be able to show leadership and teamwork within the customer service team.
  • Prepare monthly reports.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Willing to travel oversea will be a plus.

Job Benefits

  • 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Off on Public Holiday.
  • Work in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
  • Remmunitions: RM3500
