- Providing support, answer call, reply helpdesk, live chat, facebook, twitter and emails to customer.
- Generating shipping documents and processing shipments.
- Arranging pickups, drop off and returns.
- Working with vendors to provide customer service and follow up for claim/missing/return/damage shipments etc.
- Monitoring shipments activities and manifested report.
- Must be able to workalone and dedicated.
- Must be able to show leadership and teamwork within the customer service team.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office / Excel
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to travel oversea will be a plus.
- 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Off on Public Holiday.
