Job Details


Job Responsibility

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training and seminar
  • Communicate and closely follow up with potential client
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Need to do simple account and training will be provided.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate and read in Mandarin is a must. Speak fluent and good writing in English will added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / "A" Level / Diploma In Any Field.
  • Good communication skills
  • Fresh candidate without experiences will be considered but 1 year of working experience will be an added advantage. 
  • Required skill(s): PC literate in Microsoft Office,
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated and teamwork.
