- Schedule and coordinate meetings, training and seminar
- Communicate and closely follow up with potential client
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Need to do simple account and training will be provided.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- Able to communicate and read in Mandarin is a must. Speak fluent and good writing in English will added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / "A" Level / Diploma In Any Field.
- Good communication skills
- Fresh candidate without experiences will be considered but 1 year of working experience will be an added advantage.
- Required skill(s): PC literate in Microsoft Office,
