Job Details

Job Responsibility

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments 
  • Maintain up-to-date employee handbook and treatment SOP
  • Ordering retail product through supplier
  • Handling recruitment on selected websites
  • Issue any memo related to product, retail and treatment SOP
  • Preparing inventory report
  • Preparing staff duty roster monthly

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 years working experience in inventory stock
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Able to communicate with English averagely
  • Looking for a stable and permanent job
